I have now purchased two houses and sold one with the help of Jeff Armbruster. For this last one, I was not even in the state while Jeff had to travel down to Benson from Scottsdale more than once to take care of me. He arranged for everything and always kept in touch, answering and asking questions to make my purchase a breeze. I don't expect to ever move again, but if I do I will reach out to Jeff!
